in.hub Forms is incredibly simple: scan or photograph the template, upload it to the app as a background image, overlay digital fields, fill them out, and send. If there is no analog form to digitize, you can simply create an input mask with as many fields as you need. Speaking of input: you can define how the data is filled in for each individual field, e.g., with a barcode scanner or a keyboard.
